About Julio
In 2020, I started doing neapolitan pizzas for friends, neighbours, Bishops cleeve and surroundings…
With the amazing feedback received from customers, I continue throughout 2021 doing some proper Italian pizzas which you can hardly find around here…

Our pizzas
Good things come to those who wait, and our pizza dough is certainly no exception! We are using a cold-proof pizza dough recipe which gives it its unique flavour!
Our 200g dough balls will give you a 11-12in pizza.
Pizza Variety
All our pizzas are baked with a tomato base or a soft cheese base to ensure all ingredients are married together to perfection.
If you have a special request or want to swap one ingredient for another, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.
Tomato
With some oregano and a secret ingredient bringing all the flavour together…
Soft Cheese
With some freshly ground black pepper to give a little extra kick to the pizza!

Not fan of Tomato base or soft cheese base. Let us know and we can try to do something new!
